Previous Career Overview
Latterly, Neil was Bursar, Company Secretary and Clerk to the Governors
of Windermere St Anne's School and Elleray Preparatory School, with
a turnover of £2.5m.
Previously Neil was (Brigadier) Director Staff and Personnel Support
(Army). Responsible for the delivery of financial and personnel
administration to the Army. Head of Arm for 4,650 officers and soldiers,
and 1,200 civil servants.
Team member (Col) in the mid 90's of the study group that redefined
Army career structures and remuneration.
Neil brings with him a wealth of experience. His previous varied
responsibilities have included Directing Staff (Lt Col) Royal Military
College of Science, lecturing on government finance, procurement
finance, long term costing, financial planning and budgeting, and
as Paymaster HQ British Gurkhas, Nepal serving in Dharan Bazaar,
Kathmandu and Pokhara.
